2 Weeks

Can you believe it! In two weeks we will meet our Evan! Time is going by so fast and before we know it we will be on the plane flying to China. We are busy doing last minute preparations.

We will not receive our itinerary today as the agency was hit by that massive snow storm over the weekend and is closed for the day. We are praying we will receive it tomorrow. We know that at least two other families are arriving early as well as us.

We are having problems with Skype. :( I hope to have that fixed before we leave otherwise I'll be one sad momma! If anyone has any ideas or has BTDT let me know what worked for you. We leave in 9 days!

  1. I hope you can get Skype worked out. We did not have any problems with it in China. It was great!
I can't wait for 2 weeks. I'm so excited for you. Keep busy and the time will go by even faster. :-)
It's already been 3 weeks since we met Ethan. Time goes by so much faster AFTER you have the child. :-) Why is that? LOL
Praying for you. I can't wait to follow your journey. We've been home 11 days and yes, I'm starting to miss it. :-) Maybe because Ethan is now eating and sleeping soundly. LOL
    Love & Hugs.....

  2. WOW! Nine days!!!! It really will be here before you know it!!!!! Sorry you didn't get your itinerary yet, bummer. Praying you get it tomorrow! We didn't get ours until a few days before travel. You remember all that drama while you guys were visiting and we were in the midst of making travel plans? Whew! Hope things are going MUCH better for you! Love you!

  4. Nine days!!! You will be wheels up
in know time!! Our itinerary was slow
getting to us. It may of had something
to do with 25 families traveling at one time.
I can't wait to follow your journey. I am so
    excited for you!!

  5. what about skype isn't working for you? we had trouble with the sound during our test runs at home until we figured out how to turn on or turn up the microphones...then in China (Guangzhou) we often couldn't see each other due to a slow connection in the hotel but could always hear one another which was what mattered most. hope it all gets straightened out soon and that your itinerary comes through asap! :)
